Perform full-cycle monthly bookkeeping including reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance for clients with revenues between $1M-$20M.

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping needs of multiple clients, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while acting as a trusted accounting resource.

• Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Generate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
• Communicate with clients to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to accounting best practices and internal processes

Qualifications:**
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or client accounting experience
• Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
• Strong communication skills in a remote environment
