Primary Responsibilities
- Manage tax planning and compliance engagements for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other closely held entities
- Oversee complex multi-state tax filings, including sales tax, property tax, and federal excise tax requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client relationships
- Perform technical tax research and prepare memorandums supporting tax strategies and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and overall tax processes
- Collaborate with firm leadership to maintain best practices and deliver exceptional client service
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- Minimum of five years of recent public accounting tax experience
- Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-state tax engagements
- Background working with high-net-worth individuals and/or corporate tax clients
- Stable employment history with consistent career progression and demonstrated growth
- Strong technical tax knowledge and excellent client communication skills
