Remote Global Controller, Finance & Close Leader

Harbor is seeking a Senior Director, Global Controller to lead the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and controllership across the US, UK, Canada and other delivery locations. This hands-on leader reports to the CFO and will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Harbor’s financial results.

You will drive global close governance, accounting policy, internal controls, and audit readiness while building scalable processes in NetSuite and across regions.
