Senior Tax Manager — Remote, Intl & TP Focus

Sotera Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax to join its U.S. tax team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of progressive experience in U.S. corporate income tax with deep knowledge of ASC 740, U.S.

international tax, transfer pricing, and tax planning. The role supports quarterly and annual global tax provisions, U.S. international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with accounting, finance, treasury, and legal to optimize the company’s tax position.
