Strategic AVP, Development Accounting (Remote)

Abode Communities is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Development Accounting, to lead the department and oversee all development/construction accounting activities across projects. The role partners with Development, Finance, Asset Management, and Operations to ensure accurate financial management.

The AVP will drive budget management, draw administration, audit coordination, and cash flow forecasting while mentoring staff and promoting operational excellence.
