Tax Manager - CPA/EA Required - Fully Remote Available

Job Title: Tax Manager - Generalist
Location: North Dallas (Addison)

Salary: $110K - $150K + Full Benefits + Bonus
Requirements: CPA | 4+ Years in Public Accounting | Review Exp.

We are a boutique CPA firm located in North Dallas. We are about 15 employees now and growing fast. We just had 2 younger partners jump in the fray to push the firm to new heights. We work with a wide range of individual and business clients, as well as having a very robust trust & estate practice. While we are a little heavier in the high net worth space, our list of business client referrals is growing rapidly, and has been a main focus of the firm. As a firm we offer full benefits, flex time, remote flexibility, and limited busy season hours.

We are looking for an experienced CPA to be a leader on our tax team. We want someone to be the middle man between the partners and our team of skilled seniors. We need someone with their CPA who can manage client relations, provide tax planning, IRS representation, and be a main return reviewer for the firm.

What you Need:

• 4+ Years in Public Accounting
• Active CPA or EA
• Expertise in Business and Individual Tax
• Privately Held Businesses
• HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Clients generating ($1 million - $50 million in annual revenue)
• Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams

What you will be doing:

• Prepare & Review Complex Tax Returns
• Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
• Researching Complex Tax Issues
• Train & Mentor Team of multiple levels of employees
• Managing Multiple Engagements for Multiple Clients at all times

Base Salary: $110,000-$150,000
