ACCOUNTING DATA CLERK - REMOTE (PST HOURS) - $25/HR
Looking for a flexible, fully remote accounting support opportunity? Join a growing restaurant and hospitality organization that is expanding its finance team with additional Accounts Payable support.
This part-time temporary role offers approximately 20 hours per week through February, with the potential to convert into a full-time internal position in 2027.
Who you are:
Experience with invoice collection, data entry, and account coding
Comfortable communicating with vendors and following up on outstanding items
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
What you'll do:
Collect, enter, and code invoices accurately and efficiently
Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, missing documentation, and payment inquiries
Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable function and assist with workload management across the accounting team
