Billing Specialist

The Job
The Billing Specialist at Goldner is highly detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills. This is an extremely fast-paced position that requires an individual who can embrace teamwork and has a passion for helping others.
You should be familiar with:
- Basic billing
- Accounting software
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Accounts Receivable
- Cost reconciliations
- Basic understanding of general ledger and journal entry
- Nexus
Ideally, you’ll:
- Have 1-2 years of billing experience.
- Have NetSuite experience.
- Be accurate, energetic, driven, and self-motivated.
- Be an excellent and clear communicator.
- Have superb customer service skills (Internal and external).
- Be mindful of effective time management.
- Have exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating invoices and credits for customers
- Reconciling project and order costs
- Responding to internal and external requests
- Providing regular reports to customers
- Daily task follow-up
- Working with sales tax software
You’d be able to:
