Manager of Accounting – Financial Systems & Controls

Location - Remote – Requires only 1 day onsite per month in West Middlesex, PA.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced accounting and financial systems professional to manage financial processes, ERP systems, and internal controls. This role will partner with Finance and IT to improve accounting workflows, support ERP implementations and upgrades, maintain data integrity, and strengthen financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support GL, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage and optimize ERP and financial systems, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strengthen internal controls, data integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to improve accounting processes.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and process automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant accounting and financial systems experience.
• Strong ERP experience; JD Edwards preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
