Audit Senior (remote available)
$90-110k base (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus + full benefits package
Location: East Meadow, NY (in office visits preferred)
We're an established Long Island audit and assurance firm specializing in co-op, condo, and HOA audits. We’re an easygoing group that values in-office camaraderie, with the remote infrastructure to support auditors across the US. We’re seeking an experienced Audit Senior who has audited Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs): homeowner associations, condominiums, and co-ops. What You’ll Do
- Work a book of ~30 annual CIRA audit engagements
- Serve HOA, condominium, co-op, and other CIRA clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit workpapers, and related reports
- Collaborate directly with clients, boards, and management teams throughout engagements
What We’re Looking For
- BS Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 4+ years of external audit experience
- experience auditing HOAs, condominium associations, or co-ops required
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
